The secondment of Dr. Frank Zanow (partner EEM, Industry, Berlin, Germany) takes place from April 1st until July 31st 2017 at BIND-UdA (Academia, Chieti, Italy). Dr. Zanow will support the data processing of the first ANDREA prototype validation in athletes (WP6, BIND-UdA) and of the software for the correction of artifacts in dry EEG signals (WP8, BIND-UdA). He will contribute with knowledge about best methods for signal quality assessment procedures, while deepening his insights in sports EEG applications and assessment of physical activity body measures. He will analyze the application of dry electrode systems in realistic scenarios in order to discuss and gain input for the further optimization of the second prototype generation of the ANDREA electrodes, caps as well as electronic hardware and software components.
